The Distinguished Club Plan is the process
Toastmasters International uses to determine the success of a club at meeting
the needs of its members. The below are the goals of the Distinguished
Club Plan.

At year-end a Club must have: |

at least 20 members, or |
|
|

net growth of at least five new members |

|

Recognition |

| |
Clubs that meet the membership requirement and do
the following earn recognition: |
