*Club Numbers are assigned when an Application to Organize has been filed with Toastmasters International and the Club Charter Fee has been paid.

District 85 is one of the districts of Toastmasters International and includes the clubs within the People's Republic of China except Hong Kong and Macau (currently 68 clubs and over 1600 members). 
Toastmasters International is a world-wide non-profit organization that helps its members improve their public speaking and communication skills.  The World Headquarters of Toastmasters International is located in Rancho Santa Margarita California in the United States.
