Dear all District 85 toastmasters club presidents and VPEs,
 
I’m happy to announce that our district will award clubs for their educational achievements in the toastmaster year from July 1st , 2009 to June 30th, 2010. The prizes will be presented to clubs in the Hall of Fame session in Fall Conference 2010. Please see attached document for each award and try your best to lead your team to get those prizes. 
 
Please inform all of your members of these awards and work together to achieve more educational awards and get those prizes!
