FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE District 85P Area Governor & Club Alignment AnnouncementToday's Date -- June 25, 2007 Dear China Club Presidents, I am writing you today to make sure that you know that in one week our Territorial Council will exist no longer – we will become Provisional District 85 – People’s Republic of China. Listed below is the Division and Area alignment showing the 2007-2008 Division and Area Governors that will be working with your club. If these officers have not done so already, the Area Governors will be contacting you soon so they can get to know you and your members. We have a great team for the coming year and I know you will enjoy working with the leaders assigned to your clubs. We had a great year this past year, but we have even more excitement to look forward to in the month’s ahead. Our new district will continue to grow so we can share the training and life changing experiences that Toastmasters’ has given so many of the members here in China. As we add more members and clubs, I hope that you and your members will help our new clubs as they develop and grow – members helping members is the cornerstone of Toastmasters and allows you to share your experience and passion with others. Please feel free to contact your local leaders or any member of the Executive Council for help and assistance – we serve you and your members and want to ensure that your needs are being met. Here’s looking to a great 2007-2008!
